Settlement
Initially, an analysis of your unsecured debt and current financial situation is done in order to determine the most suitable program and insuring eligibility requirements are met. If eligible, our debt negotiation consultant will fully disclose to you our debt settlement program for your acceptance. Upon enrollment into the program, you will receive a welcome call from a customer service representative along with a welcome letter.
During this phase, you will begin depositing one affordable monthly program payment into your Special Purpose Trust Account (SPA). You will be accumulating funds in your SPA account over time that will be used to settle your debt. The faster you save funds, the quicker we can begin settling your debts with your creditors. You will receive monthly account statements regarding your SPA account from Global Client Solutions (GCS).
During this phase, as funds accumulate in your SPA, you will begin to see your debts settled one by one. You will continue to make scheduled payments into your SPA along with any additional funds to help accelerate the process. Our Debt Arbitration Department will review your SPA on an on-going basis to determine the availability of sufficient funds for settlement. Once your final account is settled and you have completed our program, any remaining funds in your SPA will be returned to you. Thru our affiliate network, additional services are available that will help you rebuild your credit and save you money!
